Procrastination crusher, singer-songwriter, and finder of loving homes for songs (so they don’t die on the harddrive graveyard!)
Kris built a 6-figure business as a music producer, bringing in hundreds of sync placements in Film/TV, over 500 clients in 30 different countries worldwide, and working with clients including Sony, Warner Chappell, Fox, Miramax, Lincoln, and USA Network to name a few.
She created Produce Like A Boss to make it easy for songwriters to learn how to produce their own music - without being overwhelmed with tech or having to buy expensive equipment - so they can get their music OUT of their heads and into the world and become prolific, profitable creators.🥳
She’s also an avid reader, a sushi lover and a cat mom to Billie and Ella 🥰
KATIE DWYER
Katie Dwyer is P.LAB’s Community Manager!
An acoustic singer-songwriter turned audio engineer (but still a singer-songwriter too!) Katie took the skills she learned as a student in PLAB, created her production company Heartbeat Kick Productions and now provides a whole load of audio services to her clients - including audio books, vocals and music production. 🎧
Based in South Dakota, Katie is also a wife and mother of 4 kids and, as well as being an absolute ninja in her DAW, Katie is a pretty skilled gardener too!

MICHAEL AVERILL
Michael Averill is P.LAB’s Head Coach and Home Studio Boss VIP Overall Manager.
Based in British Columbia, Canada, Michael is a longtime musician and singer-songwriter, and even walked over 4,000 miles of Canada (!!) playing music and shows (and is now writing a book about it.)
Through his production company, MixMatched Socks Productions, Michael provides epic production services, writes custom songs, creates songs for art installations and provides songs for sync. He also runs the Write Songs You Love Community and Podcast.
And best of ALL… he possesses EPIC Kazoo skills! 🥳
AOIFE O' LEARY
Aoife O’Leary is a HSB VIP Coach and Strategic Assistant to Kris Bradley
Based in Dublin, Ireland, Aoife is a singer, songwriter and producer - and in 2022 she landed the dream job of composing the musical score to not one but two feature films. 🎥
Aoife created a course, Intro to Scoring, to help other musicians and producers learn to score too and she also runs a production company, PoppyMoth Productions, where she provides music and vocal production services, songs for sync and custom songs for her clients.
An artist at heart, Aoife is currently working on her own artist songs for release but when she’s (occasionally) not doing music, you’ll find her somewhere in nature, probably by the sea, writing or reading a book. 📖
AIMEE FRANCIS
Aimee Francis is a Home Studio Boss VIP Coach.
A multi-talented musician, writer, artist and singer - Aimee Francis is based in Melbourne, Australia.
Following her time as a PLAB student, Aimee added Home Studio BOSS producer to her resumé, created her production company, Foxhaus Productions, started working as a producer for her clients, and in the past 10 months alone, made over $20K in custom songwriting!
Aimee has also landed TV placements on Netflix and Amazon Prime, including placements throughout the London Olympic Games and most recently, her music was placed on Nintendo Switch and in the video game Spin Rhythm XD!
